The branch is located at 3507 Tully Rd #20, Modesto, CA 95356, and will be led by Branch Manager Josh Dobson. Dobson is a mortgage industry veteran with over 20+ years of experience and named one of the Top 1% of mortgage bankers in the US. The BluPrint branch will focus on expanding BluPrint’s flexible and powerful lending platform to better serve community families with exceptional customer service.
