BluPrint Loan Originators Recognized As Top 1% Originators in America

Published On April 3, 2019

BluPrint Home Loans is proud to announce the two BluPrint loan originators Hans Stone, EVP and Division Director of Sales, and Nick Bronsozian, Area Manager, have both been recognized as part of the top 1% of mortgage originators in America in 2019, according to Mortgage Executive Magazine.

The 2019 eligibility criteria was based on a total production of at least $30 million. The magazine’s Top 1% of mortgage originators in the nation list debuted in 2011. Mortgage Executive Magazine recognizes and celebrates service, dedication and hard work that leading mortgage professionals put into serving their clients during the home loan process.

BluPrint Loan Originators

This is the third consecutive year for Stone to make this distinguished list. He is based in Long Beach, California.

“One of the best parts of my job is knowing that I’m helping others make Southern California their home. I love it here, so to help more homebuyers build their lives in this area is truly fulfilling,” said Stone. “I provide exceptional service to all my clients whether they be first time home buyers, homeowners refinancing or those investing in a second home. No one should miss out on all the wonderful things Southern California living has to offer.”

Based in Glendale, California, Bronsozian has now made this list for the second consecutive
year.

“The pride of home ownership is an amazing accomplishment and I am very honored for my
clients to trust me with their loan process. I love seeing families move into our communities and
raising their kids in our wonderful schools. To be part of that is truly amazing. Enjoy your life
and balance your time wisely.”
