BluPrint Home Loans Announces Launch of Influencer Division, Led by Josh Dobson in Collaboration with Shane Jones
BluPrint Home Loans, an award-winning, multi-state residential mortgage lender licensed in 49 states, recently announced the launch of its Influencer Division, led in part by TikTok and Instagram sensation Josh Dobson (@mortgagedadof3). Josh Dobson, Branch Manager of BluPrint Modesto, joined BluPrint in 2021 and since then, has committed countless hours of hard work and dedication into growing the new division alongside BluPrint’s executive leaders.
With 127,000+ followers on Instagram and over 37,000+ followers on TikTok, Dobson and his team of local experts are taking homeownership to a whole new level. “We’ve been able to grow our new pillar of social media business to unexpected heights in a very short period,” says Dobson. “We are so excited to see what tomorrow brings and are thankful to be at BluPrint where we can embrace change and win.”
Since the launch of the new division, Dobson is joined by Instagram sensation, Shane Jones (@thatmortgagedude_), who serves as Branch Manager for BluPrint’s newest San Antonio, Texas branch alongside his team, Jennifer Jones, and Melody Cahoon.
With over 104,000+ followers on Instagram and growing, Jones takes pride in representing BluPrint Home Loans and offering customers a tradition of personalized service in a new way. “I joined BluPrint because of the vision that was laid out to me in regards of how they would handle my lead flow from Instagram and TikTok, says Jones. “From August to October, I had generated over 7,000+ leads and my team needed a place that had experience with this type of lead generation so that all potential borrowers were being touched.”
BluPrint’s Division President Lindsay Poe sought both Josh and Shane out in early 2021 and approached them about building something together.
