• Served for 29 years as an Air Force pilot, strategist, and commander; retired as a Colonel
• Grew up mostly in California; lived all around the country and the world; Oahu since 2017
• Mortgage Lender since 2020…tons of experience with VA loans and investment purchases
• Real estate investor since 2001, beginning with my VA loan
